Ces conditions expliquent à quoi sert Winou, ce que vous acceptez en créant un compte, et ce que nous pouvons faire. Elles décrivent l’application telle qu’elle est aujourd’hui.
À quoi sert Winou
Winou met en relation des personnes qui cherchent un travail et des entreprises qui recrutent, en Tunisie. Winou met aussi en relation des clients — entreprises ou particuliers — et des prestataires de services, qui peuvent être des personnes ou des entreprises.
Nous ne sommes pas votre employeur. Nous n’embauchons personne, nous ne payons personne, et nous ne sommes pas partie au contrat de travail que vous signez avec une entreprise, ni à ce qu’un client et un prestataire conviennent entre eux. Aucun paiement entre un client et un prestataire, ni entre une entreprise et un candidat, ne passe par Winou.
Nous ne vérifions pas les entreprises, ni les offres, ni les profils, ni les prestataires, leurs services, leurs prix ou leurs photos. Ce que quelqu’un écrit ou montre sur Winou, c’est lui qui l’écrit et le montre.
Votre compte
Il faut avoir 16 ans. Il faut avoir 18 ans pour un compte entreprise, un compte particulier, ou pour proposer ses services.
Un compte est à une personne. Ne partagez pas votre mot de passe.
À l’inscription, vous choisissez votre compte : candidat, prestataire, candidat et prestataire, entreprise ou particulier. Un candidat peut devenir prestataire, un prestataire peut devenir candidat, ou être les deux, quand il le veut ; une entreprise peut proposer ses services ou arrêter de le faire. Cela se règle dans Paramètres, « Type de compte ». Un compte de personne ne devient pas un compte entreprise ou particulier, ni l’inverse.
Les informations que vous donnez doivent être les vôtres et être vraies.
Ce que vous acceptez de ne pas faire
Publier une offre ou une demande qui n’existe pas, ou demander de l’argent à un candidat.
Vous faire passer pour quelqu’un d’autre, ou pour une entreprise qui n’est pas la vôtre.
Insulter, menacer ou harceler quelqu’un dans une conversation.
Utiliser les informations d’un profil pour autre chose que le recrutement ou la recherche d’un prestataire.
Ce que vous écrivez
Ce que vous mettez sur Winou reste à vous. Vous nous laissez seulement l’afficher dans l’application, pour que les autres puissent le lire.
Dans une conversation, ce que vous avez écrit reste lisible par l’autre personne, même si vous supprimez votre compte.
Les photos que vous publiez doivent vous appartenir et montrer votre entreprise ou votre propre travail. Ne publiez pas la photo d’une personne sans son accord.
Bloquer et signaler
Vous pouvez bloquer une personne ou une entreprise à tout moment.
Vous pouvez signaler un profil, une offre, une demande, un commentaire, une photo ou une conversation. Un signalement est lu par notre équipe.
Ce que nous pouvons faire
Nous pouvons suspendre un compte qui ne respecte pas ces conditions. Une personne suspendue ne peut plus se connecter et en est informée.
Nous pouvons supprimer un compte suspendu, si la personne le demande par e-mail.
Nous pouvons modifier ces conditions. Si elles changent, l’application vous montre la nouvelle version et vous demande de l’accepter.
Arrêter
Vous pouvez supprimer votre compte à tout moment : Paramètres, tout en bas.
Ce qui est effacé, et ce qui reste visible pour les autres, est expliqué dans la politique de confidentialité.

تشرح هذه الشروط ما هي وينو، وما تقبلونه بفتح حساب، وما يمكننا فعله. وهي تصف التطبيق كما هو اليوم.
ما هي وينو
وينو تربط بين الباحثين عن عمل والمؤسسات التي توظّف، في تونس. وتربط وينو أيضاً بين العملاء — مؤسسات أو أفراداً — ومقدّمي الخدمات، وهم أشخاص أو مؤسسات.
نحن لسنا صاحب عملكم. لا نوظّف أحداً، ولا ندفع لأحد، ولسنا طرفاً في عقد العمل الذي تبرمونه مع مؤسسة، ولا في ما يتّفق عليه عميل ومقدّم خدمات. ولا يمرّ عبر وينو أيّ دفع بين عميل ومقدّم خدمات، ولا بين مؤسسة ومترشّح.
لا نتحقّق من المؤسسات، ولا من العروض، ولا من الملفات، ولا من مقدّمي الخدمات وخدماتهم وأسعارهم وصورهم. ما يكتبه أحد أو يعرضه على وينو فهو كاتبه وعارضه.
حسابكم
يلزم بلوغ 16 عاماً. ويلزم بلوغ 18 عاماً لحساب مؤسسة، أو حساب فرد، أو لعرض الخدمات.
الحساب لشخص واحد. لا تشاركوا كلمة المرور.
عند التسجيل تختارون حسابكم: مترشّح، أو مقدّم خدمات، أو مترشّح ومقدّم خدمات، أو مؤسسة، أو فرد. ويمكن للمترشّح أن يصبح مقدّم خدمات، ولمقدّم الخدمات أن يصبح مترشّحاً، أو أن يكون الاثنين معاً، متى شاء؛ ويمكن للمؤسسة أن تعرض خدماتها أو أن تتوقّف عن ذلك. ويُضبط ذلك في الإعدادات، «نوع الحساب». ولا يتحوّل حساب شخص إلى حساب مؤسسة أو حساب فرد، ولا العكس.
المعلومات التي تقدّمونها يجب أن تكون معلوماتكم وأن تكون صحيحة.
ما تقبلون ألّا تفعلوه
نشر عرض أو طلب غير موجود، أو طلب مال من مترشّح.
انتحال شخصية أحد، أو مؤسسة ليست لكم.
إهانة أحد أو تهديده أو مضايقته في محادثة.
استعمال معلومات ملفٍّ لغير غرض التوظيف أو البحث عن مقدّم خدمات.
ما تكتبونه
ما تضعونه على وينو يبقى لكم. أنتم تسمحون لنا فقط بعرضه داخل التطبيق ليقرأه الآخرون.
في المحادثة، يبقى ما كتبتموه مقروءاً عند الطرف الآخر، حتى إن حذفتم حسابكم.
الصور التي تنشرونها يجب أن تكون ملككم وأن تُظهر مؤسستكم أو عملكم أنتم. لا تنشروا صورة شخص دون موافقته.
الحجب والإبلاغ
يمكنكم حجب شخص أو مؤسسة في أي وقت.
ويمكنكم الإبلاغ عن ملف أو عرض أو طلب أو تعليق أو صورة أو محادثة. والبلاغ يقرأه فريقنا.
ما يمكننا فعله
يمكننا تعليق حساب لا يحترم هذه الشروط. والشخص المعلَّق لا يستطيع تسجيل الدخول ويُعلَم بذلك.
ويمكننا حذف حساب معلَّق، إذا طلب صاحبه ذلك بالبريد.
ويمكننا تعديل هذه الشروط. وإذا تغيّرت، يعرض التطبيق النسخة الجديدة ويطلب منكم قبولها.
التوقّف
يمكنكم حذف حسابكم في أي وقت: الإعدادات، في الأسفل تماماً.
وما يُمحى وما يبقى ظاهراً للآخرين مشروح في سياسة الخصوصية.

These terms explain what Winou is for, what you agree to when you create an account, and what we can do. They describe the app as it is today.
What Winou is for
Winou connects people looking for work with businesses that are hiring, in Tunisia. Winou also connects clients — businesses or private individuals — with service providers, who can be people or businesses.
We are not your employer. We hire nobody, we pay nobody, and we are not a party to the work contract you sign with a business, nor to what a client and a provider agree between themselves. No payment between a client and a provider, or between a business and a candidate, goes through Winou.
We do not check businesses, offers or profiles, nor providers, their services, their prices or their photos. What somebody writes or shows on Winou is written and shown by them.
Your account
You must be 16. You must be 18 for a business account, a private individual's account, or to offer your services.
An account belongs to one person. Do not share your password.
At sign-up you choose your account: candidate, provider, candidate and provider, business or private individual. A candidate can become a provider, a provider can become a candidate, or be both, whenever they want; a business can offer its services or stop doing so. This is set in Settings, “Account type”. A person's account does not become a business account or a private individual's account, nor the other way round.
The information you give must be yours and must be true.
What you agree not to do
Publish an offer or a request that does not exist, or ask a candidate for money.
Pretend to be somebody else, or a business that is not yours.
Insult, threaten or harass anybody in a conversation.
Use what is on a profile for anything other than hiring or finding a provider.
What you write
What you put on Winou stays yours. You only let us show it inside the app, so others can read it.
In a conversation, what you wrote stays readable by the other person, even if you delete your account.
The photos you publish must belong to you and show your business or your own work. Do not publish a photo of a person without their agreement.
Blocking and reporting
You can block a person or a business at any time.
You can report a profile, an offer, a request, a comment, a photo or a conversation. A report is read by our team.
What we can do
We can suspend an account that does not respect these terms. A suspended person can no longer sign in, and is told so.
We can delete a suspended account, if the person asks us by email.
We can change these terms. If they change, the app shows you the new version and asks you to accept it.
Stopping
You can delete your account at any time: Settings, right at the bottom.
What is erased, and what stays visible to others, is explained in the privacy policy.
